Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that handmade and artisan items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates:
- Standard Shipping (UAE): 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping (UAE): 1-2 business days (where available)
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, weather, courier delays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Shipping: International shipping is currently not available. We ship within the UAE only at this time.
