All products from Kemiskhan Atelier of Natural Gifts are handmade in small batches and carefully inspected before shipping. Because of their artisanal nature, small variations in shape, texture, or color are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Once a return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.  
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
