Kemiskhan Atelier of Natural Gifts carefully prepares and packs every order by hand.
All our items are handmade in small batches, so please allow a short preparation time before dispatch.
✅ Shipping & Delivery Details:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location and courier schedule.
- Currently shipping within UAE only. International shipping coming soon.
✅ Tracking & Confirmation:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or message.
- Please ensure your address and contact number are entered correctly during checkout to avoid delays.
❌ Shipping Delays & Responsibility:
- Kemiskhan Atelier of Natural Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incomplete delivery information.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days with photos (see our Refund Policy).
