Where are Kemiskhan soaps made?
Our soaps are handmade in small batches in Dubai, UAE, using the traditional hot-process method. This includes our Camel Milk, Black Seed, Hazelnut Milk, Money Tree, Guardian Herbs and Love Elixir soaps. See each product description for its ingredients and care directions.
What oils and ingredients are used in your soaps?
Ingredients vary by recipe. Our range includes soaps made with olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter and castor oil, alongside ingredients such as black seed oil, camel milk, plant milks and mineral clays. Check the ingredient list on each product page and its packaging to find the formula you prefer.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Suitability depends on the individual formula and your skin. Some bars contain fragrance, essential oils, milk or nut-derived ingredients. A natural ingredient label does not guarantee suitability for everyone. Review the full ingredient list before choosing a bar, and contact us if you need help confirming what a product contains.
Do your soaps contain animal-derived ingredients?
Our soap recipes use plant-based oils and butters, but some bars also contain camel milk, goat milk or honey. Please check the individual formula rather than assuming that every soap is entirely plant-based. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm a specific ingredient.
Why is sodium hydroxide used in soap making?
Sodium hydroxide reacts with oils during saponification to make soap. It is a reactant in that process, rather than a catalyst. For details about a particular bar, please check its ingredient list or contact us with the product name.
Are your soaps vegan?
It depends on the recipe. Camel milk, goat milk and honey are animal-derived ingredients, so bars containing them are not vegan. Almond milk and other plant milks are plant-derived, but the complete formula still needs to be checked. Contact us with the product name if you need to confirm a vegan option.
How can I help a bar of soap last longer?
Bar life depends on its size, how often it is used and how it is stored. Let the bar dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish, and keep it out of standing water and the direct shower stream.
How can I compare your handmade soaps?
Start with the ingredient lists and fragrance details. Compare our Black Seed Soap, Moroccan Green Clay & Siberian Pine Soap and Birch Tar Soap, or browse the handmade natural soap collection. These are cleansing products; we do not promise treatment of acne or other skin conditions.
How do I choose a soap by ingredients and fragrance?
Check each product's full ingredient list, fragrance details and directions. For example, our Camel Milk Soap contains parfum, so it is not a fragrance-free option. If you avoid a particular ingredient or scent, contact us before ordering and we can help you check the formula.
Which soap is best as a gift?

Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates โ Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other Emirates. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy lists order processing and dispatch within 2โ4 business days after payment confirmation, followed by typical UAE delivery of 2โ5 business days depending on location and the courier schedule. If you need a gift for a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm what is possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you place your order. For bulk or wholesale orders, contact us on WhatsApp to discuss payment arrangements.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Please check the payment options shown at checkout. If you need cash on delivery, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm whether it is available for your delivery address.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us immediately on WhatsApp to request changes or cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping or message cards?
Yes! We can include elegant gift wrapping, personalized ribbons, and handwritten message cards upon request. Please add your message request in the order notes or contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Can I order custom soaps with my own fragrance, shape, or branding?
Yes. We are flexible in both formula and design โ you can choose your preferred fragrance, colour theme, shape, and size. We also create custom labels and packaging for private label and business orders. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer corporate and event gifts?
Yes. We specialise in unique handmade corporate gifts, event souvenirs, and custom hampers with personalised packaging. Whether it's a company giveaway, an Eid corporate gift, or a wedding favour โ we can create something truly memorable. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quotation.
Can I resell Kemiskhan products with my own logo?
Yes. Reselling is permitted for approved wholesale and bulk orders with a minimum quantity. We can create custom labels and packaging under your brand. Please contact us on WhatsApp for details and pricing.
Do you offer bulk and wholesale discounts?
Yes. Special pricing is available for orders starting from 20, 50, or 100 pieces and above. Prices are negotiable depending on quantity and product selection. Please reach out on WhatsApp for a custom quotation.

Where can I find the ingredients for a soap?
Ingredients differ from one bar to another. Our range includes plant oils, butters, mineral clays, milks, essential oils and fragrances. Read the specific product description and packaging for its ingredient list. Some formulas contain parfum or other fragrance ingredients, so please do not assume that every bar is fragrance-free.
Why do handmade soaps differ from one another?
Each recipe combines different oils, butters and other ingredients, which can affect the bar's lather, scent, colour and texture. Handmade batches can also have small visual variations. Compare the individual product descriptions to choose the ingredients and fragrance you prefer.
What is the hot-process soap-making method?
Hot-process soapmaking uses heat during saponification, when oils react with an alkali to form soap. It is the method we use for our handmade soap range. We choose it for hands-on attention to each small batch and its individual artisan character. The bars still benefit from drying and hardening after moulding.
Why choose a hot-process soap?
It offers a traditional, hands-on making process and a distinctive artisan finish. Our small-batch approach lets each recipe express its own oils, scent and texture. The lather and skin feel depend on the full formulation; hot process is our craft choice, not a claim that other methods are inferior.
Does hot process guarantee that a soap is safe for everyone?
No method guarantees that. A correctly formulated and fully saponified soap should not contain excess unreacted lye; heating an unbalanced recipe cannot fix excess alkali. Fragrance and other ingredients can still cause reactions. Check the label, use as directed and stop if irritation occurs. Read our hot-process soap guide.
What is Camel Milk Soap?
Our Camel Milk Soap is a handmade cleansing bar made in Dubai with camel milk and a blend of oils and butters. Its ingredient list also includes parfum. Visit the product page for the full ingredient list, use and care details, and current availability.
What is Black Seed Soap?
Our Black Seed Soap is a handmade hot-process bar containing Nigella sativa oil, with ingredients including shea butter and olive oil. See the product page for its full ingredient list and directions. It is sold as a cleansing bar, without a promise to treat acne or eczema.
Can I use your soaps on my face?
Follow the directions for the individual bar and check its full ingredient list. Formulas vary, so a recommendation for one soap should not be assumed to apply to the whole range. Contact us with the product name if you need its intended-use details confirmed.
Can children use your soaps?
We do not make a blanket age-suitability claim for the range. Check the directions for the specific product and contact us before ordering if you need information about a bar's intended use for children.

How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to respond to all WhatsApp and contact form messages within a few hours during operating hours. For urgent matters such as order changes, please contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
Where are you located?
Kemiskhan Atelier is based in Dubai, UAE. We are an online store with no physical retail location โ all orders are placed online and delivered directly to your door across the UAE.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are currently online only. However, for large corporate or wholesale orders, we can arrange a viewing of products. Please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.
