• Damage that occurs after delivery or due to misuse.
• Customized or personalized gifts.
• Sale or discounted items.

Refund Process:

Once approved and received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
